I recommend booking as early as possible to secure your date. Many couples book 12–24 months in advance, especially for weekend weddings.

I typically recommend starting photography about one hour before the bride puts on her wedding dress. This allows time to capture the dress, meaningful details, and special moments with loved ones before the day gets busy. Of course, this is just a guideline—we can always customize the timeline to fit your unique wedding day.

Engagement sessions are included in my Wedding packages (exlcuding the elopement package) and are a great way to get comfortable in front of the camera before your big day. The location is your choice. If you’d like to skip it, I can offer a small discount, but I highly recommend it!

You’ll receive a sneak peek within 48 hours of your wedding. Your final, fully edited collection is typically delivered within 1-3 months, depending on workload.

I have an assistant who is also a skilled photographer, that can step in as a second shooter when needed. This adds extra coverage and allows us to capture more angles and moments throughout your day. If you’d like a dedicated second photographer for the entire wedding, I can arrange that for an additional fee.

I absolutely love traveling for weddings! For weddings located outside of Winnipeg, travel is calculated beyond the first 75 km round trip at a rate of $0.60 per kilometre.

For locations approximately three hours or more from Winnipeg, overnight accommodation for one night is required so I can arrive rested and fully present for your wedding day. Accommodation is charged at cost, with no markup.

If a second night is ever required due to the final timeline or end time of the wedding day, this will always be discussed and approved in advance.

My goal is to ensure I can provide you with the best possible experience while keeping everything transparent, fair, and stress free.

Digital images are included in all packages. Prints, albums, and other keepsakes can be ordered directly from your Wedding Gallery, if desired.

Photographer Cancellation Policy
I have never had to cancel a wedding and take every precaution to ensure I never have to. The only circumstance in which I would cancel is in the case of a serious medical emergency or something truly beyond my control. If that were to happen, you would receive a full refund, and I would do everything possible to help you find a trusted replacement photographer so your day is still captured beautifully.

Client Cancellation Policy
If you, the client, choose to cancel your wedding, the non-refundable retainer fee will be kept as compensation for reserving your date and for any work already completed. This fee covers the time and potential income lost for that date, as it is unlikely to be rebooked on short notice.

To secure your wedding date, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking, payable by e-transfer or credit card. This deposit goes toward your total package cost and ensures your date is fully reserved on my calendar. A contract will also be provided to protect both you and me.

The remaining balance is due prior to your wedding day. While e-transfer is preferred, you’re welcome to pay securely online by credit card if that’s more convenient.

I also offer payment plans if you’d prefer to spread things out — monthly payment plans through me are interest-free, while Klarna and Affirm options are available with a 5.99% processing fee.
