What Happens After Your Photo Session

After your session with Ashtree Photographs, you’ll receive a private gallery link with watermarked images. You can then select your favourite photos included in your package. Once your selections are made and confirmed, I’ll begin the editing process. If you’d like to keep more than the included images, you’ll have the option to purchase additional photos as well.


Booking & Payment Information

Please note that session prices are subject to change. To secure your date, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due on the day of your session.

add-ons and info

Studio Add-on

I offer the option to shoot in a bright and open, bright studio in a beautiful character building in the Exchange District for an additional $50. The space features a range of backdrop colour options, and some props!

Interested in purchasing more of your photos or the full gallery?

Your gallery will include watermarked "proof" images for review in your gallery, where you choose your favourite photos to be edited.

For those wanting more, I also offer additional photos and also a full gallery add-on available for purchase.

OUTSIDE WINNIPEG / additional travel

I love traveling for sessions!

For sessions located outside of Winnipeg, travel is calculated beyond the first 75 km round trip at a rate of $0.70 per kilometre.

Any applicable travel fee will always be provided upfront before booking, so you’ll know the full cost of your session ahead of time — no surprise fees.

gallery wait time

After your session, you’ll receive a private proof gallery where you can select your favourite images included in your package. Once your favourites are chosen, I’ll professionally edit each one in my signature style.

Final high-resolution digital galleries are typically delivered within 2–5 weeks after your selections are submitted. Turnaround times may vary depending on the season and my current editing workload.

Faster delivery may be available for an additional fee, depending on my current workload and availability. Please reach out if you need your images by a specific date

time add-on

If you wish to extend your session beyond the initial agreed upon time, there will be an additional fee of $75 per extra 20 mins. This will only be available if photographer has extra time available.

May I include my pet?

Absolutely! Pets are beloved members of the family, and I’m always happy to include them in your session. Just let me know ahead of time so we can plan for a smooth and enjoyable experience.

For studio sessions, there is an additional $20 fee to include your pet (leashed or well-trained), which helps cover cleanup and preparation.

Important Booking Information:

To secure your session date, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the package price is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of your session. Please note that final photos will only be delivered once full payment has been received. Thank you for your understanding!
