What Happens After Your Photo Session

After your session with Ashtree Photographs, you’ll receive a private gallery link with watermarked images. You can then select your favourite photos included in your package. Once your selections are made, I’ll begin the editing process. If you’d like to keep more than the included images, you’ll have the option to purchase additional photos as well.


Booking & Payment Information

Please note that session prices are subject to change. To secure your date, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due on the day of your session.

Studio Info

Access to my Exchange District studio is included with this session at no extra cost. The studio is bright and spacious, located in a stunning character building in the Exchange District with elevator access and wheelchair-friendly amenities. It offers a variety of backdrop colours and some props to help bring your vision to life!

Interested in purchasing more of your photos or the full gallery?

Your gallery will include watermarked "proof" images for review in your gallery, where you choose your favourite photos to be edited.

For those wanting more, I also offer additional photos and also a full gallery add-on available for purchase.

OUTSIDE WINNIPEG / additional travel

All packages include complimentary travel within Winnipeg. If your location is a bit farther away, rest assured, I've got you covered! For locations outside of Winnipeg, there will be an extra travel fee. This fee is determined based on the distance traveled beyond the initial 75 kilometers roundtrip, calculated at a rate of $0.60 for every additional kilometer. I will ensure you have all the necessary details for a seamless and convenient experience.

gallery wait time

After your session, you’ll get to select your favourite images, which I will then professionally edit. Once the favourites are chosen, the final high-resolution digital files will be ready for download within 20 business days. After receiving your gallery, you’ll also have the option to purchase prints, canvases, albums, and USBs. These items will be sent to you once payment is confirmed.

time add-on

If you wish to extend your session beyond the initial agreed upon time, there will be an additional fee of $50 per extra 20 mins. This will only be available if photographer has extra time available.

May I include my pet?

Absolutely! Pets are beloved members of the family, and I’m always happy to include them in your session. Just let me know ahead of time so we can plan for a smooth and enjoyable experience.

For studio sessions, there is an additional $20 fee to include your pet (leashed or well-trained), which helps cover cleanup and preparation.

Important Booking Information:

To secure your session date, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the package price is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of your session. Please note that final photos will only be delivered once full payment has been received. Thank you for your understanding!
