3. Booking & Payment
All sessions are subject to availability.
A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your session date and time. Your session is not officially booked until the retainer and required booking information have been received.
The remaining balance must be paid according to the payment terms provided when booking.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your session, please provide at least 48 hours' notice whenever possible.
Cancellation and rescheduling policies may vary depending on the type of session booked. Full details will be included in your photography agreement.
5. Arriving for Your Session
Please arrive on time and ready for your scheduled session.
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened so it does not affect other bookings.
Clients are responsible for following any preparation or session instructions provided before their appointment.
6. Photography & Editing
By booking Ashtree Photographs, you understand that every photographer has their own photography and editing style.
While inspiration photos are always welcome, exact poses, lighting, locations, or images cannot be guaranteed.
Final images will be photographed and edited in the style of Ashtree Photographs.
7. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us.
